By accessing the vd444 platform at vd444.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement is entered into between you (the registered player) and vd444 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree to any provision contained within these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the vd444 platform and must refrain from registering an account or accessing any part of the site. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by the terms set out in this document. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of vd444 is lawful under the applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. vd444 makes no representations that the services offered are appropriate or available in locations outside of its intended service area.

Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the binding language of this agreement. Any translations or summaries provided for convenience do not form part of the legal agreement and shall not be relied upon in the event of a dispute.

Use of the vd444 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while their account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. vd444 is an adult-only platform. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual, not as a business entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during the registration process. Providing false identity information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of vd444, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when participating in any real-money wagering activity.

Age Verification

The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, or any government-issued photographic identification confirming the player's date of birth.

Where a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by vd444, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and ultimately close the account. Any winnings generated on an account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be forfeited in full, and the deposited funds will be returned where required.

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on vd444, you must register a personal player account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. By submitting your registration details, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on vd444 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where vd444 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended without notice. Account Security

Account Information Updates

If any of your registered account information changes — including your mobile banking account details associated with withdrawals — you must update your account profile promptly or notify vd444 support. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed or failed withdrawal processing, for which vd444 cannot be held responsible.

vd444 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are currently accepted. Players must use a mobile banking account registered in their own name that matches the identity information held on their vd444 account.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your vd444 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant mobile banking service.
• vd444 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. Any fees applied by your mobile banking provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a vd444 account. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe an erroneous deposit has been made.
• vd444 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction, including confirmation that the sending mobile banking account belongs to the registered player.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are communicated within the account withdrawal panel and may vary based on account status and verification level.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking method and account number used for the player's most recent deposit. vd444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification checks. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods such as BPL season, Eid, or other major events.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. Withdrawal requests that include bonus-derived balances that have not met wagering requirements will be held pending completion of those requirements.
• vd444 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large or unusual amounts. Players must cooperate fully with any such checks.

Anti-Money Laundering

vd444 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. The platform monitors all transactions for unusual patterns. Any account suspected of using the vd444 platform to launder funds or conduct fraudulent financial activity will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Players must not use vd444 as a mechanism for transferring funds between third parties.

vd444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL season promotions, Eid bonuses, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses issued by vd444 are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are issued as bonus credits and are not immediately withdrawable as cash. Bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus credits before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. For example, cricket betting and live casino games may contribute at different rates. These contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus credits and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• vd444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where continued operation of the promotion would not be commercially reasonable.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting vd444 bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine participation in the games — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus harvesting — will have their bonus balance and any derived winnings forfeited. Repeat offenders may have their accounts closed permanently. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of vd444, exercised fairly and consistently.

One Bonus Per Player

Each promotion offered by vd444 is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

vd444 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd444 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Use of automated software: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that interacts with the vd444 platform in a non-human manner is absolutely forbidden.
• Collusion: Any form of cooperation between two or more players designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house — including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live casino games — is prohibited.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile banking provider in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering on vd444 constitutes fraud. vd444 will contest all such chargebacks and may pursue recovery through available legal remedies.
• Identity fraud: Using another person's identity, payment details, or mobile banking account to register or fund a vd444 account is a serious criminal offence and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
• Exploiting software errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or malfunction in any game or platform feature to generate credits or winnings is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the vd444 platform in any way that facilitates, conceals, or disguises the proceeds of criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities without notice to the player.
• Threatening or abusive conduct: Any threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive communication directed at vd444 staff or other players through any communication channel will result in immediate account closure.

Game Integrity

All games offered through vd444 are supplied by certified studios whose random number generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and verified. vd444 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — the results of all games are entirely determined by the certified RNG systems maintained by the respective game providers. vd444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where — but not limited to — the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• The account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require vd444 to restrict access for a particular player or jurisdiction.

Player-Initiated Closure

Any registered player may request the permanent closure of their vd444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Where a valid balance remains on the account at the time of closure, and provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations or security holds, vd444 will process a withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's registered mobile banking account within a reasonable timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for self-exclusion directly from the responsible gaming section of their vd444 account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from platform downtime or technical failure, whether caused by vd444 or by a third-party provider.
• Any interruption to live betting markets or casino game sessions caused by connectivity issues, whether on the player's side or on vd444's infrastructure.
• Any bets placed or transactions submitted during a period of known or unknown technical error, where such bets or transactions deviate materially from what a player would have placed under normal operating conditions.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player shared their credentials or failed to enable available security features.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if vd444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Game Content

All games accessible through vd444 are provided by independent third-party studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. vd444 is not responsible for technical errors, game malfunctions, or incorrect display of odds or game results arising from faults within these third-party systems. In the event of a verified game malfunction, vd444 will work with the relevant provider to determine the correct resolution and will communicate the outcome to affected players.

Amendments to Terms

vd444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
